Chapter 10

This is the Chapter that Made Me Realize, that While Yes, I DO Believe in the Main Theory that this Author and Book Implies….

  That there a Higher Power......a Universe

                   For Me, that is God…..

But while I Pray EVERY Day, there have been MANY Times in My Life So Far, Where I Was Begging for Direction,  Praying for Answers, and Wondered What My REAL Purpose in this World is Supposed to Be…..

I Learned that if We Sit Still. And Stay QUIET, We can Actually Clear the Clutter In Our Minds and Allow (God) to Better Speak to Us and Lead Us in the Direction We Should Follow that Will Help Us Live the Life We are Meant to Live, and Recieve the Blessings We were meant to Receive.

            This is Done by Meditation.

Now I have been Interested in Learning about Meditation for a While…..

But Am a Bit Nervous and Unsure How To Do it and I'll be Honest a Bit Apprehensive About the Whole “Idea” of It.

This Book Breaks Meditation Down to Its Bare Bones.  Sitting Still, Listening to Your Breathing,  Emptying Your Mind (The Hardest Part) and Allowing (God) to Speak to You.

                           Meditation

      Brings Us Into The Present Moment

Opens Us Up to Receive Unlimited Information
                           and Ideas.

                          Relaxes Us.

                        Relieves Stress.

Strengthens Our Intuition and Ability to Focus.

            So Hey…..Worth a Shot, Right?

     The BIG Takeaway That I Got from This
                             Chapter?

                      That Meditating
is About Receiving Information FROM(God)

                               And

                             Praying
 Is About Sending Information OUT to (God)

                           Hmmmm

Now This Book Doesn't Really TEACH How to Meditate (Other than a Few Basic Rules that You will See in Our Homework)

But the Author Suggests Starting SMALL and Working Your Way Up, and Entertaining Various Forms of Meditation (Research Online, Books, etc) to Find What is Best for You.

I Am DEFINITELY Going to Give it a Try, and I Hope You Do To!
